As the CEO of Valiant Payments, I have dedicated over 20 years to the payments industry, embracing the principles of servant leadership. My career is distinguished by the successful orchestration of three seven-figure exits, building and scaling companies to achieve eight-figure annual revenues. I am guided by the philosophy that true leadership is about empowering others without expectation, encapsulated in my guiding mantra: "Help others achieve what they want in life, and they will in return help you to achieve what you want." This belief is the cornerstone of my leadership style, where I lead by example, inspiring my team to excel and become true rockstars.

Throughout my career, I have constructed companies on the bedrock of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. These values are reflected in the relationships I cultivate, grounded in a genuine understanding of clients' needs and aspirations. My strategic vision has driven remarkable achievements, such as expanding our customer base by 50% in 2012 through strategic planning and trade show management, and elevating annual gross sales by 35% in 2011 through nurturing strong client relationships.

I have developed a formidable portfolio of 16,000 merchants, overseeing $500 million in monthly Visa/Mastercard/Debit volume. My contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, including NCR’s Circle of Achievement Award and the First Data Merchant Service Presidents Club Award Winner, among other industry recognitions. In 2020, I spearheaded a 571% growth in our residual portfolio, leading to a successful seven-figure portfolio acquisition with Fiserv in 2021, which fueled the expansion of the Rebel organization.
